Probably Stolen Plasma Cartridge Condition Guide

Full-release Plasma Cartridge appraisal starts at 300 credits. Add the conditions actually visible on the item, apply its plasma-color modifier, add a manufacturer bonus only when every requirement matches, and enforce a 90-credit minimum.

Quick formula

Appraisal value = max(90, 300 + condition modifiers + color modifier + qualified manufacturer bonus).

This is the appraisal value, not a guaranteed ordinary sale price. The old Demo formula starting at 100 with a 30-credit floor is outdated.

Condition modifiers

Visible conditionAdjustment
Light Wear−45
Heavy Wear−90
Cracked−150
Exposed Screws−30
Reinforced+60

Inspect with the Magnifying Glass and add every condition actually shown. Do not invent a second wear state or assume Reinforced cancels another defect; it is its own modifier and can also affect manufacturer eligibility.

Plasma color

Color gradeAdjustment
Standard0
Low-Grade−150
High-Grade+150

According to the current appraisal guide, a color that does not match Standard or High-Grade is treated as Low-Grade. Compare the visual sample with the current in-game manual before calculating.

Manufacturer requirements

A seal earns its bonus only when the cartridge meets the matching maker's full conditions:

MakerRequirements in addition to matching sealBonus
WLDStandard or Low-Grade plasma; any condition+60
ZHSStandard; no wear, cracks, or exposed screws; Reinforced is allowed+120
RNRStandard; no cracks+120
IGNHigh-Grade; no condition modifiers at all+750

A manufacturer mark is not an unconditional bonus. For example, Reinforced adds 60 to the base calculation but disqualifies a cartridge from IGN's no-condition requirement. Do not add another independent logo or seal value after the qualified bonus.

Worked examples

Pristine High-Grade IGN

With High-Grade plasma, a matching IGN seal, and no conditions:

300 + 150 + 750 = 1,200 credits.

Standard cartridge with Light Wear

Without a qualifying maker bonus:

300 − 45 + 0 = 255 credits.

Low-Grade cracked cartridge

Without a qualifying maker bonus, the raw result is:

300 − 150 − 150 = 0.

Apply the minimum afterward: the appraisal value is 90 credits.

These examples illustrate arithmetic; calculate your own item from its visible features and current handbook.

Why an older guide gives a different answer

Demo tables used a 100-credit base and 30-credit minimum, with different modifiers and manufacturer bonuses. Mixing one of those values into the full-release table creates an incorrect estimate. Use the entire current table together.

If the result still disagrees with the Appraisal Slip, check omitted conditions, color classification, maker eligibility, and the minimum value before assuming a bug.

Read a maker row as a full qualification test

A matching seal is necessary, but not sufficient for every maker. Check color and every visible condition against that maker's row before adding the bonus. Include ordinary condition adjustments independently, even when those conditions affect eligibility too.

ZHS permits Reinforced while excluding wear, cracks, and exposed screws. IGN requires no conditions at all, so Reinforced disqualifies that bonus despite being a positive modifier. An improved cartridge can therefore have a lower total than an otherwise qualifying pristine IGN item.

More worked calculations

These are hypothetical feature sets explaining the documented arithmetic. They do not claim a particular random cartridge exists or that every combination can generate. Add only features shown on your inspected item.

Reinforced Standard ZHS

With a matching ZHS seal and no wear, cracks, or exposed screws, Reinforced is permitted. The calculation is 300 + 60 + 0 + 120 = 480 credits. The 60 condition value and 120 qualified maker bonus are separate additions.

Reinforced High-Grade IGN

Reinforced fails IGN's no-condition requirement. The result is 300 + 60 + 150 + 0 = 510 credits. Do not add 750 just because the seal says IGN.

Cracked Standard RNR

Cracked disqualifies RNR despite Standard color and a matching seal. With no other conditions, the result is 300 - 150 + 0 + 0 = 150 credits. That is above the floor, so no minimum adjustment is needed.

Cracked Low-Grade WLD

WLD permits Low-Grade and any condition when the seal matches. A cracked example gives 300 - 150 - 150 + 60 = 60 before the floor. Apply the minimum last for a final appraisal of 90 credits.

Compare the result with the Slip

After submitting, compare your estimate with the Appraisal Slip's true value and grade. A disagreement directs you back to omitted conditions, color, maker qualification, and the floor. The service fee is a separate figure and does not replace item value.

The value does not guarantee what an ordinary buyer pays. Appraisal is a service estimate for the customer's item. Keep that distinction so the 1,200-credit pristine IGN example does not become an unsupported resale-income promise.

待确认 (Pending confirmation): current visual examples, whether some wear states are mutually exclusive in generation, and unannounced changes to related rank unlocks. The evidence supports this calculation table, not a complete generator specification.
